First and foremost, I must comprehend the superior customer service I’d experienced at TGW despite the fact that I’ve had issues with the two ken kens that I was using on my actual wedding day. On my first visit, Megan had been very professional the way she went through the packages and options available at TGW. She was never once pushy at all, and most of all she was able to get me gowns that fits my body shape. She was very attentive and patient indefinitely. TGW have very beautiful gowns and the quality is undoubtedly great. I returned the gowns slightly unsatisfied as the ken kens paired up for me didn’t serve well. I highlighted the issues faced to Megan, and she was surprisingly patient and requested for a week’s time to look into the issues that I had faced before getting back to me. I had thought that TGW might just not get back to me after all the transaction was completed and there is nothing I can do as a consumer unless I’m willing to spend time dwelling onto it. BUT, they got back to me and I was Honestly impressed. With that, I’m really thankful that I chose TGW for my wedding needs because they made me feel well taken care of not just before but also after returning their gowns. Customer service and responsibility above everything is what makes a brand alive!
